The aim of the workshops was to present to the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina a draft Decision on the method and criteria for the preparation, creation and monitoring of the implementation of projects from the development-investment program / public investment program of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to apply methodological recommendations through practical work for preparation of project proposals in accordance with the Decision and accompanying forms.

The lecturer at the workshops was prof. Dr. Marko Mihić, and a total of 92 participants from the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with the content of the Development and Investment Program and the Public Investment Program, the institutional framework, procedures and deadlines for the preparation and creation of documents, the evaluation methodology of candidate projects and monitoring and reporting on the projects of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The project "Management of public investments for results: System for planning and management of public investments - PIPMS" is financed by the European Union. The primary focus of the project is the development of a public investment planning and management system that would enable management of the results of public investment costs based on strategic/medium-term plans/programs and prescribed budget plans.
